Yes! You can trial your first beginner pole class for just $15 with no commitment or obligation. Click the button below to purchase the Beginner pole trial. If you aren’t a beginner, just email us and we’ll get you started with other trials and offers!

You can also trial an Aerial Yoga class for only $25! Click the button below to purchase a trial pass!

We are sure that once you trial a class with us that you will want to join the community forever, but if you have commitment issues we do offer a range of different membership options.

As we value accessibility and flexibility, we offer a variety of membership in our studio. We also offer two styles of payment for our membership, namely: Upfront and Fortnightly. If you want to know more about the available memberships, please check the Pricing Page on our website.

Our online booking system is managed by the GymMaster app. We encourage our members to download the app on their phones for easy access.

Yes, your membership does expire. However, it will renew onto the same membership type automatically every 8wks or 2 Months until it is cancelled.

For Platinum & Diamond Memberships, you can cancel for free 7 days before the next payment date with notice in writing.

For Other Fortnightly Memberships, you can cancel for free with 21 days notice in writing.

Please note that should you cancel your membership prior to the expiration of the term, you agree that you are responsible to pay the remaining charges that otherwise would have incurred by you for the remainder of the contract.

As mentioned in the T&Cs you signed, All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable.

For Fortnightly Memberships, Class benefit is allocated fortnightly, unused benefits are rolled over for use until the end of the 2mth cycle. Students are encouraged to keep track of their class expiry dates.

For Upfront Memberships, All class benefits are awarded at time of payment and you can use them however you want over that 8wk period. Benefits do not roll over from one 8wk period to the next.

Yes, you can request for a Pause/hold for your account. You would need to action it via the GymMaster app or email us via

Requests must be in writing 14 days before pause start date.

Each Member gets 2 FREE pause requests per year for 1 week to 1 month. After that a $15.50 admin fee is charged. Pauses longer than 1 month $5.50 per wk fee charged upfront. Max pause period is 2 months.
