Our Sculpt classes combine Pilates & Barre & will deliver a full body workout with functional exercises that require stability & strength mixed with dynamic bursts of cardio. Body weight, small hand weights, resistance bands. No heavy lifting.
STRENGTH
Strength Training is one of the best ways to tone, define & condition your body. Burn fat & lost weight. Strength classes will involve low to medium weight bearing exercises in a circuit style format, no heavy lifting.
DANCE FIT
Dance yourself fit to funky tunes & easy to follow dance inspired moves. No need to perfect choreography. Just show up, follow along & have fun.
