In this guide, we have everything you need to know before you start your journey.

We genuinely believe that the world of fitness, sensual dance, pole and aerials is open to all people, regardless of sex, age, experience, identity and ability. It’s time to increase your fitness and confidence in a fun and nurturing environment where you feel supported and safe.

Stepping out of your comfort zone can sometimes feel overwhelming and a little scary. That’s why we’ve come up with this guide to help you understand how your journey will go as you take your first steps to achieving higher heights! Ready, Get Set, Go!

Choosing your first class can be a little overwhelming, so we’ve narrowed things down for you! We recommend starting with a trial class. This gives you the opportunity to have a feel of the class and learn a variety of tricks and skills.

Beginner Class FAQS

What do I wear?

If you are coming to a pole class, we recommend that you wear shorts that can be pulled up so you can use the grip of your upper inner thighs.

For Aerial Yoga/Hammock you will need leggings as the fabric on bare skin can be uncomfortable.

What do I bring and any extra tips?

Bring a bottle of water and a small towel with you. We provide everything else.

Avoid using body moisturiser on the day of a pole class as it will affect your grip.

What can I expect from my first class?

In your first class, get ready for an exhilarating experience that blends fitness, art, and self-expression!

Expect a warm and friendly welcome as you step into our supportive studio. For your pole class, you’ll learn the basics of pole dancing, including foundational moves and spins.

Be prepared to have fun, make new friends, and embrace a transformative experience!

8 Week Beginner Course!

Our Beginner Pole Course consists of 8 Beginner Pole Fitness Classes over 8 consecutive weeks. You will learn over 15 pole spins, tricks, sits, poses, climbs and floorwork. Plus you will learn how to put these moves together into a sequence that you can practice during our Open Pole Practice sessions.
No ongoing commitment, this is the perfect opportunity to experience all the benefits of pole!
